Acceptable use policy

Last updated:

This policy is part of the terms of use. It applies to everything you do with Vishot: the portal, the web studio, the cloud services, the plugin and the studio server, and to every prompt, script, reference image, voice and output, whether a model runs on your PC or in the cloud.

What you may not create

Do not use Vishot to create, upload or share:

  • Sexual content: nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material of anyone. Sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, is never allowed, and we report it where the law requires.
  • Deepfakes and face swaps: images, video or voices that show or imitate a real person without their clear consent, including putting a real person's face or voice onto another body or performance, or making them appear to say or do something they did not.
  • Content that harms people: harassment, bullying, threats, hate against people for who they are, content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide, and graphic violence made to shock.
  • Deception and fraud: content made to mislead people about real events, impersonation of real people or organizations, scams, fake reviews and spam.
  • Illegal content: anything that breaks the law where you are or where it is shown, including content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or image rights, and instructions for weapons, drugs or other serious harm.

What you may not do

  • Get around our rate limits, usage limits, access controls or moderation, or the safety filters of a model or provider.
  • Remove or alter watermarks, SynthID or other provenance marks that a model or provider adds to output.
  • Use output to train or distill a model that competes with the model that produced it.
  • Clone someone's voice without their consent.
  • Attack, overload or probe the service, or reach accounts or data that are not yours.

Real people

You may show a real person, their face or their voice only with their clear consent and only in the way they agreed to. When you publish realistic output, say that it was generated or changed with AI, as the law requires (including Article 50 of the EU AI Act).

Models and providers

Each model and provider has its own usage policy (see Model licenses and usage policies in the terms). You must follow it as well as this policy; where they differ, the stricter rule applies.

How we enforce it

We may check prompts, scripts and reference images, automatically or by hand, before or during a job that runs on the portal or on platform credit, and refuse a job that breaks this policy. We review cases before they are published. If you break this policy, we may remove the content, stop the job, suspend or close your account and, where the law requires it, report it to the authorities.

Reporting

To report content on Vishot that breaks this policy, write to us (support@vishot.ai).
