This policy covers payments for Vishot plans and credit packs. Nothing in it limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Plans: first payment and renewals

You can ask for a full refund of a plan payment, the first one or a renewal, within 14 days of that payment if you have not used the plan since that payment. When we refund a plan payment, the plan ends and its remaining credit is removed.

If you have already used the plan, that payment is not refunded. You can cancel the plan at any time: it keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and there is no next charge.

What counts as used

You have used a plan once, after that payment, any of its cloud credit has been spent (a cloud request ran on platform credit, from the plugin or from an agent you connected) or a scene or layout has been saved in the full web studio, which only paid plans open. You have used a credit pack once any of its credit has been spent. Requests on your own provider keys and work on your PC do not count.

Credit packs

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used it yet. A pack that has been used, or was bought more than 14 days ago, is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

When we remove a paid feature

If during a paid period we remove a feature that is part of your plan, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused part of that period, even if you have used the plan.

Your own keys

Charges from providers on your own keys are between you and the provider; we cannot refund them.

EU and UK consumers

You have a right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days. When you start using a plan or a credit pack during that time, you ask us to start the service at once and accept that from then on you lose the right of withdrawal. That is why a plan or a pack that has been used is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

Consumers in Ukraine

If you are a consumer in Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" also gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, with the exceptions the law sets, including digital content you have already started to use.

How to ask

Write to us (hello@vishot.ai) from the email you bought with, within 14 days of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

The plugin

The Vishot plugin is free, so there is nothing to refund there.
