Terms of use

Last updated:

These terms apply to the Vishot website, portal and cloud services, and to the early-access builds of the plugin and studio server.

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Oleh Kopiika, FOP, registration number 3192315692, Ruska Poliyana st. Druzbu 23, Ukraine ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@vishot.ai.

The stage we are at

Vishot is an MVP in development. Features may change, break or disappear. Early-access builds are provided "as is", without warranties, and should not be the only copy of anything important. Make backups of your Unreal projects.

The plugin and where you get it

The Vishot plugin for Unreal® Engine is free. During early access we send it by invitation from this site; after launch it will also be on Fab (fab.com). If you get it from Fab, the Fab End User License Agreement governs your license to the plugin files; these terms govern your use of the Vishot portal and its cloud services, which the plugin can connect to. The plugin works without an account with local models and with your own provider keys. Some features need an account and a paid plan, as described on the pricing page.

Your account

You need an account to use the web studio, publish cases, connect devices and use the model features. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think your account was compromised. One person per account.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account. To buy a paid plan you must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

Plans, payment and renewal

Payments. Online payment for plans and credit packs is processed by a payment provider. Checkout names it and shows the final price, with any tax, before you pay.

Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars; prices exclude taxes; in the EU, VAT is added at checkout, and in other countries VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your account under Plan and billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the plan and its credit stay until the end of the paid period. A period you have already used is not refunded.

Price changes. We will tell you about a price change by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that date.

Plan credit and credit packs. Each paid plan includes a credit for cloud usage in that period. Unused plan credit expires at the end of the period. When you change plans, the new plan starts at once with a new monthly period and its own credit; the remaining credit of the previous plan ends. Credit packs are kept. They are paid once and are valid for 12 months from purchase. A credit pack is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase and have not used it yet; otherwise it is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise (see the refund policy). Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Usage limits. Each plan has limits on devices, parallel jobs, video seconds and images, shown on the pricing page. When a limit or the credit is reached, cloud requests on platform keys pause until the next period, or you can buy a pack or switch that task to your own key. Local models are never limited.

Estimates. The plugin shows an estimated cost before paid generation. A job that has already started on the provider's side is charged even if you stop it.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, the plan is marked as payment overdue. It keeps working for 7 days after the end of the period; if the payment still has not gone through by then, the account moves to the free plan.

Refunds. A plan payment, the first one or a renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it and have not used the plan since. You have used a plan once, after that payment, any of its cloud credit has been spent (a cloud request ran on platform credit, from the plugin or from an agent you connected) or a scene or layout has been saved in the full web studio, which only paid plans open. You have used a credit pack once any of its credit has been spent. Requests on your own provider keys and work on your PC do not count. If you have used the plan, cancel it instead: it works until the end of the paid month and there is no next charge. Credit packs follow the same rule. The refund policy has the details and how to ask.

Your content

You keep all rights to your scripts, scenes, frames and videos. By submitting a case for publication and giving consent, you allow us to show it on the site and in the case catalog, with your name and link to your author page, until you unpublish or delete it. Only submit material you have the right to share.

We review cases before publication and may return, reject or remove a case that breaks these terms or the law.

AI-generated output

Vishot uses AI models, local or cloud, to generate text, voices, images and video. Output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing output before you use or publish it, and for making sure your use follows the law and the terms of the model you used. As between you and us, you own the output you generate, to the extent the law allows any rights in it, subject to the license and usage policy of the model that produced it (see Model licenses and usage policies). Do not use Vishot to generate content that the acceptable use section forbids, deepfakes of real people without their consent, or content that infringes others' rights. If you publish output that shows real people or realistic events, you must disclose that it was generated or manipulated with AI, as required by law (including Article 50 of the EU AI Act).

Acceptable use

Your use of Vishot must follow our acceptable use policy. In short: no sexual content, no deepfakes or face swaps of real people without their consent, nothing that harms people, deceives them or breaks the law, and no getting around our limits, a model's safety filters or provenance marks. We may refuse a job, remove content or close an account that breaks it.

Cloud models and keys

If you connect a cloud provider, you are responsible for following that provider's terms and for the costs on your provider account. The portal proxies requests and records usage, but does not guarantee the availability or output of third-party models. When a request runs on platform credit, we pass it to the provider (for most image and video models, fal.ai), and that provider's terms and usage policies apply to it. You get only the rights in the output that the provider's terms allow.

When you use your own key, the provider bills you directly and we do not charge for those requests. You can store a key encrypted in your account or only locally in the plugin. You can remove a stored key at any time. You are responsible for keeping your provider account in good standing and for the provider's usage policies, including its rules on generated content.

Downloaded models

The plugin can download third-party models (for example from Hugging Face) when you ask it to. Each model comes under its own license, which the model catalog in your account shows and links to (see also Model licenses and usage policies). Some licenses restrict commercial use. You are responsible for following the license of each model you download.

Model licenses and usage policies

Each model that Vishot works with, local or cloud, comes under its own license or provider terms, and you agree to follow them, including their use restrictions. Some licenses do not allow local use in certain countries, or require a paid license above a company revenue threshold. The model catalog in your account shows the license of each model. The main ones:

Output of cloud models may carry a watermark or an invisible mark such as Google SynthID.

Third-party software

The tool works inside Unreal Engine 5 and with third-party models (for example through LM Studio). Their own licenses and terms apply.

Trademarks

Unreal, Unreal Engine, UE5, MetaHuman and Fab are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States and elsewhere. NVIDIA and RTX are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. Other product and model names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Vishot is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

Names of third-party products, models and services, including Unreal Engine, MetaHuman and Fab (Epic Games, Inc.), MiniMax H3 (MiniMax), LTX (Lightricks Ltd.), Krea (Krea AI), Kling (Kuaishou), Veo and Gemini (Google LLC), Seedance and SeedVR (ByteDance), Wan and Qwen (Alibaba Group), FLUX (Black Forest Labs), ElevenLabs, OpenAI, GPT, Anthropic, Claude, ComfyUI, fal.ai, NVIDIA and RTX, belong to their respective owners. We use them only to tell you what Vishot works with. Their use does not mean that any of these owners has reviewed, endorsed or partnered with Vishot. Each model is provided under its own license and terms, which you must follow.

Blocking and termination

We may block an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the settings.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data arising from early-access software. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. We will announce meaningful changes on the site. If we remove a feature that is part of your paid plan during a paid period, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused part of that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
