Task
Shoot a short dialogue film in the neo-noir genre: two characters, five lines. A rainy night, neon reflections, the warm light of a diner, roadside America of the 1990s. All designs original, nothing resembling known franchises.
How we did it
- Frame. Krea 2 IntoRealism made the starting frame for each of the 9 shots, 2 min 43 s in all.
- Motion. LTX 2.5 animated 4 shots without lines.
- Speech and lips. MiniMax H3 made 5 shots with lines: the character speaks, the lips move in time. Video from both models together: 26 min 45 s.
- One voice. Seed-VC brought each character's lines to one voice.
- 1080p and grade. SeedVR2 brought the shots up to 1080p, ffmpeg added the grade, grain and subtitles.
No Unreal: the model generates the frames directly. Everything ran locally on one RTX 5090.
Result
A 45 s film of 9 shots in 1080p, with subtitles. The full version is on the studio's PC and will appear on the portal later. Here is 1 clip of about 5 seconds, muted.
